Every now and again the other Execs at Cloud Ten Pictures provide me some good “insider” info for my blog.

Today I was blessed to receive some really interesting news from Michael Walker Cloud Ten’s Vice President, Marketing and Operations.

Here is the scoop that Michael shared with me:

Eric and Cloud Ten blog readers:  The River Within a film distributed by Cloud Ten Pictures is picking up momentum. It may well be the surprise movie of the year!

Here at the Cloud Ten Production Office, we are receiving requests almost daily to screen the movie in churches all across America. 

We are even getting requests to screen the movie in theaters. A number of theaters will be showing the movie in the coming weeks so check out www.theriverwithinmovie.com to learn where you can see this great movie on the big screen.

In October, your church community can enjoy The River Within right in the comfort of your own church.  A movie event is a great way to reach out to your community and invite a friend to come to church or to raise funds for that special project in your church or community.

As part of the Cloud Ten Church Cinema program, The River Within will be available to screen for your church prior to the release in stores on November 10, 2009!

We are making the movie available to churches anytime after October 15, 2009. 

The DVD package includes a Discussion Guide that asks a number of questions about the movie and integrates scripture verses that will make for a great evening of conversation.

Also, follow Eric’s blog for information on our special Fright Night event coming for Halloween / Harvest. Your youth groups will love this special event.

    The trailer and the music on it looks great! I just heard about this last night and was hoping to view it at my local theater, but the run ended yesterday….hope they'll have it back. Best wishes on this in box office!
